FITZPATRICK, J.

Charles E. Tart (appellant) was convicted after a bench trial of possession with intent to distribute heroin in violation of Code § 18.2-248. The sole issue raised in this appeal is whether the information provided as the basis for the issuance of the search war*386rant was stale so as to render the warrant facially invalid. Finding no error, we affirm.
