ORDER ON MOTION FOR JUDGMENT ON THE PLEADINGS

KOVACHEVICH, District Judge.

This cause is before the Court on Defendant’s motion for judgment on the pleadings and supporting memorandum filed May 21, 1993.

Defendant’s motion seeks dismissal of Plaintiffs complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(j), which provides, in part:

If a service of the summons and complaint is not made upon a defendant within 120 days of the filing of the complaint and the party upon whose behalf such service is required cannot show good cause why such service was not made within that time period, the action…
