Appellee brought an action of replevin against one Emma Wilson before a justice of the peace. The defendant, wish-, ing to retain the goods, made a bond with appellants as sure-* ties containing the following conditions:

“ Shall well and truly deliver the said property to the said plaintiff, if such delivery be adjudged, and shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid all costs and damages which may be awarded against her, the said defendant in said action, *66then this obligation to be void; else to be and remain in full force and effect.”
