Omega S.A. (“OSA”), a Swiss manufacturer of watches and timepieces, has sued American manufacturer of thermocouples, Omega Engineering, Inc. and its affiliates, Omega Scientific, Inc. and Omega Press, Inc. (collectively “OEI”). This case is the third in a series of lawsuits between these parties in the District of Connecticut.
