STATON, Judge.

Robert H. Gray and his wife, Victoria L. Gray filed a Petition for the Adoption of Angel Lee Klahn1 in the Porter Juvenile Court. After hearing evidence on the petition, the court granted the adoption.

On appeal, Dorothea L.
