This suit was brought by the appellant against P. H. Shook, county judge of Bexar County, D. M. Poor, D. A. Meyer, Frank Sommers and W. C. Kroeger, County Commissioners of Bexar County, in their capacity as Board of Equalization, and John A. Bitter, as tax collector of said county, for the purpose of obtaining a decree against the five parties first named, in their capacity of such Board of Equalization, to set aside, annul and declare void an order alleged to have been made by said county judge and county commissioners adding to the sum of money assessed by the tax…
