Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rensselaer County, denying appellant’s motion to compel the respondent Metropolitan Life Insurance Company to pay her the cash surrender value of a life insurance policy on the life of the respondent judgment debtor. The life insurance policy in question was procured by the judgment debtor in 1941 with his wife, the appellant’s intestate, as the named beneficiary and with the right to change the beneficiary reserved.
