Plaintiff Lazare Kaplan International, Inc. ("Lazare") sued Antwerp Diamond Bank N.V. ("ADB") and KBC Bank N.V. ("KBC") (collectively "Defendants" or "the Banks"), alleging an international conspiracy between Defendants and various entities to steal diamonds and diamond proceeds belonging to Lazare.
