Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Ceresia, Jr., J.), entered March 23, 1995 in Albany County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review a determination of respondent Commissioner of Education holding that certain lands lie within the boundaries of the Ogdensburg Enlarged City School District and not within the Lisbon Central School District.
