LINDSAY, Judge.
This case is before this court to review the trial court’s denial of motions to quash filed in three separate cases. The three defendants, Quincy B. Scott, Billy A. Out-ley and James W. Clark, entered into stipulations with the district attorney for Oua-chita Parish under the provisions of LSA-R.S. 14:75.2, copies of which are attached to this opinion as appendices. In these stipulations the defendants admitted paternity of a child or children and agreed to the payment of child support.
