MEMORANDUM OPINION

JAMES D. WALKER, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiff, Chapter 7 Trustee Mary Jane Cardwell’s, Motion for Summary Judgment. Trustee seeks to avoid the security interest on Debtors’ motor vehicles as preferential transfers and to recover the vehicles or the proceeds from the sale of the vehicles. Defendant, Gilman United Federal Credit Union, n/k/a United 1st Federal Credit Union, seeks to have its claim declared nondischargeable.
