—In a matrimonial action in which the parties were divorced by judgment entered April 12, 1995, the defendant appeals, as limited by his brief, from stated portions of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (DiNoto, J.), dated April 7, 1997, which granted that branch of the plaintiffs motion which was for leave to enter a money judgment in the sum *558of $250,000 for arrears in child support, and denied his cross motion, inter alia, for a hearing.
