MEMORANDUM OPINION
JOHN T. LANEY, III, Bankruptcy Judge.
On August 18, 1989, a hearing was held on the Debtors’ Motion for Determination of Secured Status. In each case, the Debtors and the respective Respondents have stipulated and entered into consent orders as to the fair market value of the real property under consideration.
