McCurry v. McCurry

This is a proceeding for dissolution of marriage. The District Court dissolved the marriage, granted custody of the three minor children to the wife, ordered the husband to pay child support, and made a property division. The husband has appealed.

The parties were first married in 1966, divorced in 1972, and remarried on June 18, 1973. At the time of the decree in this case, in the fall of 1977, the children were 1 1/2, 10, and 11 years old. In the fall of 1976 the wife moved out of the family home, taking the infant girl with her and leaving the two older children with the husband.
