| tThe plaintiff and the defendant appeal the trial court judgment in this medical malpractice case. For the following reasons, we affirm the judgment in part and reverse the judgment in part.: FACTS
On October 21, 2007, While trimming trees "with the assistance of a neighbor, Mitch Benson began experiencing severe chest pain.
