The plaintiffs, Wayne Mullin (Mullin) - and his parents, William and June Mullin, appeal the Superior Court’s (Galway, J.) denial of their motion to set aside the verdict and for a new trial. The jury had returned a verdict for the defendant, Violet M. Joy. We reverse and remand.

This suit arose from a collision between an automobile driven by the defendant and a bicycle ridden by Mullin. The plaintiffs brought suit, and the jury returned a verdict for the defendant.
