ORDER

W. HOMER DRAKE, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.

On May 11, 1981, the debtors filed an application for authority to use cash collateral in the approximate amount of $470,-000.00 in order to purchase yearbooks. On the same day, the debtors filed an application for authority to transfer certain funds presently held in Japan to the United States. On May 15, 1981, the debtors filed an application for authority to use cash collateral' in order to purchase additional Product and to pay administrative expense claims for interim compensation to professional persons which the Court might allow.
