In an action to recover damages for breach of contract and on an account stated, the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Livote, J.), entered September 10, 2014, which denied their motion to vacate a clerk’s judgment in favor of the plaintiff and against them in the total sum of $50,508.06 entered February 26, 2014, upon their failure to comply with a stipulation of settlement dated February 12, 2014.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
