MEMORANDUM OPINION
DOUGLAS 0. TICE, Jr., Chief Judge.
On May 10, 1999, the court held trial on the debtors’ complaint for turnover of property and sanctions against Town & Country Sales and Service, Inc., t/a Town & Country Associates, Inc. (Town & Country). Ruling from the bench, the court ordered immediate turnover of the debtors’ 1977 Ford Truck and took under advisement the issue of debtors’ attorney’s fees and sanctions. On May 10, 1999, the court entered a separate order for turnover of the debtor’s vehicle. For the reasons stated in this memorandum opinion the court will enter judgment…
