This was a bill filed in the circuit court of Cook county by defendant in error, Betsey P. Grant, against Samuel W. Burke and, Simeon S. Burke, to have a mortgage declared paid, and to remove the same as a cloud on title, and for an injunction to restrain a sale under the power in the mortgage.
