MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This cause is before the Court on the plaintiffs’ motion to remand (docket entry 5), and on the plaintiffs’ motion to submit additional evidence, (docket entry 10-2). Having carefully considered the motions, responses, memoranda, and all supporting documents, as well as the applicable law, the Court finds as follows: .
