| Appellant Derric Jackson appeals his conviction from the Pulaski County Circuit Court on a charge of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, in violation of Arkansas Code Annotated section 5-64-401 (Repl.2005), a Class Y felony for which he was sentenced, as an habitual offender, to ten years’ imprisonment in the Arkansas Department of Correction.
