Defendant appeals from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff entered upon a verdict by the judge of the District Court of the Second Judicial District of the county of Essex, sitting without a jury, in the amount of $204.05 and costs.

The state of case for appeal discloses that plaintiff came to the defendant’s tenement house about eight-thirty p. M., on December 5th, 1936, to visit a friend who was one of defendant’s tenants.
