This is an appeal by the city of Haverhill, self insurer, from a decree of the Superior Court enforcing a decision of the Industrial Accident Board allowing the claim of the employee’s widow for dependency compensation under the provisions of G. L. (Ter. Ed.) c. 152.
The single member found the following facts.
