Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Buchanan, J.), entered November 9, 2015 in St. Lawrence County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Mental Hygiene Law article 10, for his discharge from confinement at a secure treatment facility.
Following his 2005 conviction of attempted criminal sexual act in the first degree, petitioner was sentenced to a prison term of seven years and was adjudged to be a dangerous sex offender resulting in his confinement in a secure treatment facility pursuant to Mental Hygiene Law article 10.
