This is an appeal from the trial court’s order dismissing with prejudice all claims of appellants, Don R. and Susan Sanders, against appellees the City of Grapevine, Texas (the City), and William D. Tate, C. Shane Wilbanks, Sharron Spencer, Cly-dene Johnson, Darlene Freed, Ted Ware, Roy Stewart, and Roger Nelson (the individual appellees), in appellants’ suit concerning the City’s alleged failure to enforce its tree preservation ordinance.
