On April 13, 2012, Attack Properties, LLC (“Attack Properties”), by Timothy *339Grover, its sole owner and representative, filed a petition for chapter 11 bankruptcy in the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois. On July 11, 2012, the bankruptcy court dismissed the case. This appeal followed.
