— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Goodman, J.), rendered March 6, 1989, convicting him of criminally negligent homicide, vehicular manslaughter in the second degree (two counts), vehicular assault in the second degree (two counts), assault in the third degree and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
