This is a suit brought by F. L. Kuyken-dall, a lawyer of Austin, Texas, appellant *68here, against R. E. Biggs and E. E. Davis, lawyers of Liberty County, Texas, appellees here, for reasonable attorney’s fees for representing the said Biggs and Davis in the Court of Civil Appeals and in the Supreme Court of Texas in that certain suit for attorneys’ fees, American National Bank of Beaumont v.
