Plaintiff Wright brought this action to recover of defendant Thomas A. Forsyth the sum of $2,352.15 on an account stated for moneys that he had advanced and expended and for supplies which he had furnished at the special instance and request of the defendant in and about the working of defendant’s Lucky Mining Lode in ■ Summit county.
