MASSEY, Chief Justice.

The suit was brought by the appellant Frances Krayer, a widow, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, against the appellee The Prudential Insurance Company of America, hereinafter referred to as the company, to recover on a policy of basic life ($5,000.00), term ($10,000.00), and accidental death ($5,000.00) insurance. The policy insured plaintiff’s deceased husband, Kenneth Krayer, who died on or about May 1, 1958, within two years of the effective date of the policy contract. In view thereof and by reason of contractual provisions of the policy, the benefits otherwise…
