Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed January 14, 1975. The employer appeals from the board’s decision which held claimants to be eligible for unemployment insurance benefits without disqualification because they had good cause to refuse the offered employment. The board found that the wages and conditions of the employment offered to claimants were substantially less favorable than those prevailing for similar work.
