— In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of an agreement to obtain fire insurance, defendant New York Property Insurance Underwriting Association appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Bellard, J.), dated July 7, 1982, which denied its motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint as to it. Order reversed, on the law, with costs, motion granted, and complaint dismissed as to defendant New York Property Insurance Underwriting Association.
