This is an original action brought by the State of Indiana, on the relation of Harold M. Zeller, as Sheriff of Montgomery County, Indiana, and others, against Montgomery Circuit Court, Montgomery County, Indiana, and Howard A. Sommer, as Judge of said court, to obtain a writ of prohibition. The petition asks that the respondents be restrained from taking any further steps in cause number 28204 now pending in the Montgomery Circuit Court and from enforcing the restraining order theretofore entered therein.
