This is an appeal from a final decree of the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico which dismissed appellant’s libel.
The libel was filed by appellant, a resident of Puerto Rico, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on December 28, 1956 claiming damages for personal injuries suffered by him on May 1, 1952 in the performance of his duties as a longshoreman in the port of San Juan aboard the S.S.
