Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Harris, J.), entered June 10, 1997 in Albany County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review a determination of respondent Board of Regents denying petitioner’s request for restoration of his license to practice medicine in New York.
