FANNING, Justice.

The opinion rendered in this cause on January 16, 1962 is withdrawn and the following opinion is substituted in lieu thereof.

Appellant insurance company has appealed from a total permanent disability judgment rendered against it in a work*179men’s compensation insurance case tried before a jury upon special issues.
