Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (DiFiore, J.), rendered December 16, 2002, convicting him of robbery in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The defendant pleaded guilty to robbery in the second degree with the understanding that he would receive the statutory minimum term of imprisonment of 3V2 years (see Penal Law § 70.02 [3] [b]; § 160.10).
