Dear Mr. Thibaut:
The governing board [Board of Commissioners] of Pointe Coupee Parish Health Services District Number One, by resolution, has requested an opinion from our office regarding a request by a Pointe Coupee Parish police juror for documents which reveal the total earnings of an individual who is a physical therapist. You explain that the physical therapist has a contract with the district to provide all physical therapy services, and he is compensated based on a percentage of gross revenues generated for services rendered to inpatients and outpatients.
