GAERTNER, Judge.

Plaintiff appeals from an order sustaining defendant’s motion to dismiss Count I and II of plaintiff’s petition for failure to state a cause of action. We dismiss the appeal as premature.

Plaintiff, Thomas H. George, filed a four count petition against defendant, McDonnell Douglas Corp. In his petition plaintiff asserts four causes of action, Count I, wrongful termination; Count II, breach of contract; Count III, prima facie tort; and Count IV, service letter.
