DECISION

In the instant appeal, Julia and Raymond Hall (collectively Plaintiffs) request that this Court invalidate the April 8, 2002 amendment to the South Kingstown Zoning Ordinance (Zoning Ordinance), which changed the zoning designation from R301 to RM2 with respect to real property described as Lot 14 on Tax Assessor's Plat 40-2. Plaintiffs, who own property which lies in close proximity to the property involved in the zoning amendment, also claim that the amendment to the Zoning Ordinance constitutes a taking of their property and thus request just compensation.
