This matter is before the Court on the motion of Brian J. Orr (“Debtor”), filed on January 22,1999, requesting an order finding the State Employees Federal Credit Union (“SEFCU”) in contempt of court based on an alleged violation of the automatic stay and awarding actual damages in the amount of $4,114.87, attorney’s fees of $3,500 and punitive damages in the amount of $5,000 (“Contempt Motion”).
