MILLER, District Judge.
R. V. Board, a creditor of the bankrupt, petitions for a review of the Referee’s order of November 26, 1940, sustaining the trustee’s objections to claims Nos. 76, 77; 78 and 79 filed by Board, and disallowing said claims.
The debtor’s petition was filed on December 14, 1939, under the provisions of Chapter XI, Section 322 of the Bankruptcy Act, Title 11 U.S.C.A. § 722, dealing with arrangements. The proposed arrangement was not approved and the debt- or was adjudicated a bankrupt on February 21, 1940, and the matter referred to the Referee for further proceedings. The…
