CRAWFORD, Judge.

This is a suit for reimbursement of sums paid by a surety on certain bonds issued to secure the obligation of real estate developers for the cost of installation of various utilities in a new subdivision. Plaintiff, Interstate Fire Insurance Company, sued ten defendants but subsequently dismissed *889the case as to seven defendants. After a nonjury trial, the court entered a money judgment for plaintiff against defendants, Security Investments, Inc., Frank J. Pie-cara, and John C. Kimbrough. Only John C. Kimbrough has appealed from the judgment.
