MEMORANDUM OPINION

SWYGERT, Chief Circuit Judge.

This is an action for declaratory and injunctive relief brought to declare that the Illinois abortion statute1 is violative of the United States Constitution for one or more .reasons.2 After a three-judge district court was convened the parties were ordered to restrict their arguments to the allegations that the statute is unconstitutionally vague and unconstitutionally invades the privacy of pregnant women.
