MEMORANDUM OPINION
BLACKWELL N. SHELLEY, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes on upon the filing of a Complaint for the Recovery of Property by John H. Harding, t/a Harding and Davis Trucking Company (Harding and Davis) alleging that a 30' X 40' Kendler all-steel building (Building) exists on the land owned by Concrete Structures, Inc. (Structures), Debtor-in-Possession, and is property of Harding and Davis.
