Just Energy Texas I Corp. appeals the trial court’s judgment dismissing for want of jurisdiction its suit against the Texas Workforce Commission and Cedric Thomas. Appellant brings three issues on appeal contending the trial court erred by determining it lacked subject-matter jurisdiction over this case. We conclude the Commission’s sovereign immunity from suit was not waived in this case because appellant did not meet the statutory prerequisites for bringing suit.
