Dennie Gene Dighera appeals from the trial court’s denial of his motion to withdraw his guilty plea. Dighera, pursuant to a plea agreement, entered a plea of guilty to possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell and other drug charges. Dighera contends that the trial court’s denial of his motion was an abuse of discretion because the trial court accepted the plea without apprising him that the sentence for the crime was presumptive imprisonment under the sentencing guidelines.
