This is a suit in equity in the nature of a creditor’s bill to cancel a deed to a quarter-section of land in Rock county, a deed to two town lots in Bassett, a mortgage on the two town lots, and to subject the real estate described to the payment of a judgment. The creditor is Lucie Logie, plaintiif. The defendants are Frank Snyder, Elinor Snyder, and Eva Hilborn. The Snyders are husband and wife. Frank Snyder deeded the real estate in suit to Elinor Snyder. Eva Hilborn is the holder of the mortgage on the two town lots.
