Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Rensselaer County, rendered July 21, 1977, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of reckless endangerment in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of imprisonment not to exceed five years.
